The hotel rooms were comfortable.

The room had plenty of natural light and came equipped with a safe for security. It also had central heating, a TV with lots of channels, and even a microwave for convenience. the bathroom was spotless and really nice. the location was fantastic right in the heart of downtown 😊.

Got the same guest room booked online, enjoyed that. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, used a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. Location: the hotel was short walk to tapas bars, restaurants, transport, and a taxi. It also was in the middle of the city.

We had a superb bedroom. We booked it for £ 22.

Room with a king-sized bed was all set when we arrived. They had a microwave, coffee and tea makers, and a fridge for us to use. 🌟.

The double room was bright, I felt like at home. The staff was affable, as well as host. The location was great and unbeatable, in the middle of jackson, with a particularly good view...

Simply nothing too much trouble, very comfortable stay. Everything was perfect with clean rooms. Location adjacent to restaurants and tapas bars, restaurants, transport and a taxi to the hospital. Television, a microwave, and a fridge in the room, marvellous location😃👍

We had a great time during our 3-night stay. The room was clean, bright, and overlooked the inner courtyard. The staff were friendly and gave us some helpful tips about the city. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Casa de las Ciencias Museum, and right by a bus stop.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to the city center and very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and I loved that I could make coffee and tea in the room. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff, including the host and cleaning lady, were lovely and helpful. The hotel was also conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend staying here.

The rooms were great and had a nice view of the courtyard, and the staff were friendly and a pleasure to be around.

The rooms at Pension Sotelo have free WiFi, which was super convenient for someone like me who relies on staying connected. The rooms are equipped with a desk, making it easy to catch up on work or plan out my day. I loved that some rooms even had a patio, it was a nice little bonus to have some fresh air. The single room I stayed in had an electric kettle, so I could make myself a cup of tea whenever I wanted. The double room I saw had a patio, which was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. I also liked that the single room had a flat-screen TV, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring. The shared bathroom was always clean and well-maintained. Having a wardrobe in the guest room was really helpful for organizing my belongings.

Although the shared bathroom was clean, I personally prefer having a private bathroom.

The shared bathroom was modern with good hot showers, and the beds in the spacious room were comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and friendly. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with key attractions and dining options just a short walk away.

One downside to our stay was the noise from outside the hotel room. The pedestrian walkway outside our room, which closes to traffic at certain hours, attracted late-night revelers who made a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning.

Spotless room and common spaces. Well-lit pedestrian shopping street. Quiet and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff.
